It is a regulated Payment Institution, supervised by the Bank of Spain, and authorized to carry out a series of activities that until now only banks were able to perform. We have more than 10 years of experience providing financial services to clients in different business segments, which gives us extensive knowledge of the financial regulatory environment and its ecosystem.

We are an Entity of
Regulated payments
DPay Payment & Finance is a regulated payment institution, licensed by the Bank of Spain to execute payment transactions, issue payment accounts, transfer funds, execute direct debits, purchase and sale of foreign currency (FX), send money/remittances, and issue/acquire payment cards.
We are also members of CENTROLINK, the payment system operated by the Central Bank of Lithuania, which provides us with direct access to SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area).
This allows us to issue our own IBANs (unique or virtual), have back-up accounts, and execute SEPA Credit, SEPA Instant, and SEPA Direct Debit transfers. We safeguard the funds received from our clients by depositing them in separate accounts with credit institutions and CENTROLINK, in compliance with the provisions of Article 21 of Royal Decree-Law 19/2018.

We are a principal member of VISA for card issuance.
We are also members of UnionPay International (UPI), WeChat Pay and Alipay.
